Search Engine Optimisation Work

Since early 2002 I have been writing websites to help them gain a high position in the results from searches in engines such as Google, All the Web and Alta Vista. Through this I have changed the way I write content management systems and other code which automatically creates web pages so they do not disrupt search engine spiders, and converted over to technologies like XHTML and CSS (cascading stylesheets) as far as possible. My methods give the text used by my clients every opportunity to do well with search services.

Writing a website to rank well on search results does not take magic, but it does take a good understanding of what the search engine spiders look for and like in websites, and how to convert a design (and therefore source code) that they do not like in to one which will help the site rank more highly.
